- FASTQ files (for Illumina)
- BAM files (for Ion Torrent)
- VCF (Variant Call Format) - <a href="https://help.oncokdm.com/en/articles/2825194-what-are-the-format-requirements-for-vcf-files" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">see requirements</a>
- TSV from Illumina TSO 500 panel
- RSS (for Nanostring).
- BED file, describing the target region.
