The immunogram is the gathering of 5 independent tests to better predict the answer to anti-PD-L1 and anti-PD1 therapies. It consists in the following:
The analysis of the expression of PD-L1 in the tumor cells
The analysis of the presence of the cytotoxic lymphocytes (CD8+)
The calculation of the TMB (Tumor Mutational Burden)
The characterization of the status of the MSI (Microsatellite instability)
The presence of mutations associated with resistance or sensitivity to those therapies
