In the "Patient cases" section:

1) Click on the "Add patient case" button to open the patient case panel

2) Complete the patient case fields:

- Readable ID (Reference)*

- Cancer Primary Site* Based on OncoTree structure

- Cancer* Based on OncoTree structure

- Sex*

- Birthdate

- Medical Doctor: For this field, you can choose either you want to search for an existing Medical Doctor or to add a new one.

Note: All fields marked with a " * "are mandatory

Once all fields are completed click on 'Add' button to create your patient case.
